Social Media & Meta Ads

Social media that converts. Meta Ads that compound.

Strategic, full-funnel Meta Ads—not boosted posts.

We deliver complete Meta Ads management and social media strategy across Facebook and Instagram. Built on Conversions API measurement, creative testing, and audience intelligence, we ensure every engagement is tracked against real revenue—with comprehensive reporting provided in both English and Chinese.

Social that converts — not post-and-pray

We run full-funnel Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram, built on Conversions API measurement rather than boosted posts. CAPI closes the pixel's attribution gaps, so bidding reaches buyers, not browsers — and every dollar is tied back to real revenue.

Creative is the primary variable in paid social, so we treat it that way: every format is tested, winning creatives scale, and underperformers are cut fast. Audiences — lookalike, retargeting and suppression — are built from purchase data and CRM signals, not guesswork.

And because paid social doesn't work in isolation, it shares data with your SEO and search activity — no gap between channels. The result is social media that compounds: measured, creative-led, and aligned to the rest of your marketing.

Our Meta Ads & Social Process

1. Audit & CAPI Setup

We audit your existing Meta account, ad history and tracking, then deploy the Conversions API server-side and configure the Meta Pixel and GA4 with event deduplication. Purchases, leads and form events are verified before spend scales — so every later decision rests on reliable data.

2. Audience & Market Research

We map your buyers and analyse competitors' ads, offers and positioning. From purchase data and CRM signals we build lookalike, retargeting and suppression audiences, and define the angles most likely to convert at each stage of the funnel.

3. Creative Production

Creative is the primary variable in paid social, so we produce a batch of ad creative — short-form video, static and copy variants — designed to stop the scroll. Each concept is built to be tested, not just shipped.

4. Campaign Build & Launch

We structure campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, set up Smart Budget and CBO, and launch against clear revenue targets. Bidding is configured to optimise toward verified purchase events from day one — not clicks or reach.

5. Testing & Optimisation

Every format and audience is tested systematically. Winning creatives and audiences scale; underperformers are cut fast. Regular creative refresh cycles prevent ad fatigue and keep cost per acquisition trending down.

6. Reporting & Scaling

Each month you get a performance report and strategy call covering spend, ROAS and revenue, plus attribution-path evaluation. As the data proves what works, we reallocate budget toward it and scale profitably.

1
How much does Meta Ads management cost?
Two tiers, both fixed monthly retainers — never a percentage of ad spend. Meta Ads Management starts from $2,150 per month: end-to-end campaign management across Facebook and Instagram, creative production, audience targeting, full GA4 and Pixel tracking integration, and monthly reporting with attribution analysis. Prime SMM starts from $3,950 per month and adds the organic layer: content strategy, four optimised posts per week plus four short-form reels monthly, community management and social listening, integrated with the ads programme. Ad spend is separate, paid directly to Meta from your own account. Exact scope is confirmed in a written proposal.
2
What's wrong with just boosting posts?
Boosting is a simplified promotion with limited objectives, limited targeting and almost no measurement — it buys engagement, not customers. Campaigns built in Ads Manager optimise toward verified purchase and lead events, use proper audience architecture, and produce data you can actually learn from. We use Boost selectively and strategically for organic amplification within Prime SMM, but revenue campaigns run exclusively through full campaign architecture. If your current provider's monthly report is a reach number from boosted posts, that is the gap you are paying for.
3
What ad budget do I need for Meta Ads to work?
Enough for Meta's learning phase to exit — the algorithm needs a steady flow of conversion events, roughly 50 per ad set per week as the platform's own benchmark, before delivery stabilises. Below that, results stay volatile and every read on performance is noise. Rather than quoting a universal minimum, we work backward from your average order value, margin and conversion rate in the audit, and tell you plainly what monthly spend gives the algorithm enough signal to optimise — and whether that number makes commercial sense for your business before you commit to it.
4
Why doesn't the ROAS in Meta Ads Manager match my actual revenue?
Because Ads Manager counts conversions on its own attribution model — including one-day view-through conversions from people who saw an ad and would likely have bought anyway, and modelled conversions estimated where tracking is incomplete. It routinely reports a rosier picture than your bank account does. Our setup addresses this structurally: Conversions API with event deduplication against the Pixel and GA4, monthly attribution-path evaluation, and performance read against backend revenue rather than in-platform numbers alone. We optimise to the sales that land, and report the gap between platform-claimed and verified rather than hiding it.
5
Has iOS privacy tracking killed Meta Ads targeting?
Weakened client-side tracking, yes; killed the channel, no. Apple's App Tracking Transparency broke the old Pixel-only model, which is exactly why our engagements begin with server-side Conversions API deployment — restoring the conversion signal Meta's bidding depends on through a first-party data path that browser restrictions cannot intercept. Audience strategy has shifted the same way: lookalike, retargeting and suppression audiences built from your purchase data and CRM signals, with broad delivery guided by strong conversion events rather than stacks of third-party interest targeting that no longer resolve reliably.
6
Who produces the creative — you or us?
We do, as a core deliverable rather than an add-on: short-form video, static design and copy variants, produced in testable batches. Creative is the primary performance variable in paid social — a better hook routinely outperforms a better audience — so every concept ships with a testing plan, winners scale, underperformers are cut fast, and refresh cycles run before ad fatigue drives your cost per acquisition up. If you have in-house creative capability, we integrate it into the same testing framework. All assets produced under the engagement are yours.
7
How long until Meta Ads show results?
In honest stages. The first two to four weeks are structural: CAPI deployment, event verification, campaign build and the learning phase — expect noisy numbers and resist judging them. Weeks four to eight are where creative testing separates winners from losers and cost per acquisition begins trending toward target. Sustained, scalable ROAS is a quarter-level judgement, made against the revenue targets set at kickoff. Any agency promising profitable performance in week one is describing luck, not method.
8
Do I need organic social media if I'm running paid ads?
They do different jobs, and the honest answer depends on your objective. Paid is the revenue engine: targeted, measurable, scalable. Organic builds the surface buyers check before they trust you — an inactive profile quietly undermines the ads pointing at it — and produces the engagement signals and content that feed paid creative. That is why our tiers are structured as they are: Meta Ads Management for businesses that need the revenue engine, Prime SMM where organic presence, community and paid performance need to run as one system. What we advise against is paying for organic volume with no strategy attached.
9
Who owns the ad account, the page and the data?
You do — the same ownership principle as our Google Ads service. Meta Business Manager, ad accounts, Pixel, datasets, custom audiences and your pages sit under your ownership; we operate through partner access. If the engagement ends, campaign history, audience assets and the full measurement setup stay with you, documented. An agency that holds your Business Manager is holding your customer data hostage against the day you leave. We confirm the ownership structure in writing before work begins.
10
Can you run social for a brand operating across English and Chinese markets?
Yes — it is one of the reasons global consumer brands work with us. Strategy, creative and reporting run bilingually in English and Chinese from one Melbourne team: campaigns built for Australian and US audiences, reporting your China-based head office can read without a translation layer, and creative adapted rather than machine-translated between markets. For brands whose channel mix extends to Chinese platforms, we bring more than a decade of Chinese-language social marketing history to the strategy table. One team, both language worlds — which is the harder half of cross-border social to hire for.
