Our approach

Full Google Ads management, built on a measurement architecture

Why brands trust Kongfuseo — Kongfuseo is an Official Google Partner.

Every engagement is full Google Ads management across Search, Shopping and Performance Max, built on a server-side measurement architecture.

We begin with server-side tagging, Enhanced Conversions, Consent Mode v2 and offline revenue feedback, so Smart Bidding optimises toward real sales and margin — not platform vanity metrics.

Measurement comes first

The accuracy of your conversion data sets the ceiling on what Smart Bidding can achieve — so we build and verify the data layer before a single bid is optimised.
Server-side tracking captures conversions in a first-party context that ad blockers, iOS restrictions and browser privacy controls can't intercept; industry analyses report it commonly recovers 20–30% of the conversions client-side tags lose.
More complete, accurate data feeds Google's automation better decisions — and that directly improves bidding quality and ROAS.

Profit, not platform ROAS

Platform ROAS measures revenue against ad spend using only the conversions a platform can see — including sales that would have happened anyway.
We align bidding to contribution margin, LTV:CAC and payback period, and use incrementality testing to isolate the genuine new revenue a campaign drives.
We optimise to the sales and margin that actually land in your bank account, measured and fed straight back into bidding.

How we work

The measurement stack

1. Account Strategy & Competitive Auction Analysis
Account audit and conversion-tracking health check, Auction Insights (impression share, overlap, outranking share), competitor intelligence, and a 90-day / 6-month / 9-month roadmap.

2. Campaign Management — Search, Shopping & Performance Max
Full account build or restructure, Smart Bidding, ad-copy and asset-group testing, Merchant Center feed optimisation, and disciplined monthly optimisation against targets.

3. Server-Side Measurement & Conversion Tracking
Server-side GTM container, Shopify Web Pixel and webhook setup, GA4 with event deduplication, Enhanced Conversions, and Consent Mode v2 where required.

4. ROAS & Revenue Optimisation
Smart Bidding tuned to revenue and target ROAS, offline/CRM conversion import, budget reallocation toward proven converters, and profitability analysis on margin and LTV:CAC.

1
How much does Google Ads management cost?
Our management retainer starts from $2,750 per month, as a fixed fee — never a percentage of your ad spend. Percentage-based pricing creates a structural conflict: the agency earns more when you spend more, whether or not the spend is profitable. A fixed retainer means our only incentive is the result. The fee covers full account management across Search, Shopping and Performance Max, the complete measurement stack, and weekly snapshots with monthly strategy meetings. Exact scope is confirmed in a written proposal before you commit.
2
What ad budget do I need for Google Ads to be worth it?
Enough for Smart Bidding to learn — which in practice means enough monthly conversions for the algorithm to find patterns, typically 30 or more per month per campaign as a working floor. Below that threshold, automated bidding runs on insufficient data and results stay volatile. Rather than quoting a universal minimum, we assess your average order value, margin and conversion rate in the initial audit and tell you plainly whether your budget can reach profitability — and if it cannot, we will say so before you spend it.
3
Who owns the Google Ads account and the data?
You do — all of it. The Google Ads account, the GA4 property, the Merchant Center, the conversion actions and the server-side tagging container are created under your ownership; we work through access permissions. If we ever part ways, everything we built — campaign history, conversion data, audience lists, the entire measurement architecture — stays with you, fully documented. Agencies that hold these assets are building an exit toll. We consider ownership a precondition of an honest engagement, and we confirm it in writing.
4
Who will actually manage my account?
The team you meet is the team that does the work. Your account is managed from our Melbourne office by senior practitioners — never outsourced, never handed to juniors after signing. Because we operate bilingually in English and Chinese, brands with China-based head offices and Australian or US market operations work with one team across both languages, without translation layers between headquarters and the people moving the budget.
5
How do I know you're actively managing the account, not running it on autopilot?
Three verifiable ways. First, you own the account, so the Google Ads change history is permanently open to you — every bid adjustment, negative keyword, copy test and structural edit is timestamped and attributable. Second, weekly snapshots document what changed and why, not just what the numbers did. Third, the monthly strategy meeting reviews actions against the 90-day, 6-month and 9-month roadmap agreed at kickoff. Active management leaves an audit trail; we invite you to read ours.
6
How long until we see results?
In stages, and we put the stages in writing. Measurement improvements land first — within the first month, once server-side tracking is live and recovering the 20–30% of conversions client-side tags typically lose. Bidding stabilises over the following four to eight weeks as the algorithms learn from accurate data. Sustained ROAS and profit improvement is assessed against the roadmap over a longer horizon. No specific result is guaranteed — and any agency guaranteeing one is telling you what you want to hear.
7
Should I be bidding on my own brand name?
Sometimes — but it should be a measured decision, never a default. Brand bidding can defend against competitors in your auction, or it can silently pay for clicks your organic listing would have won for free. We diagnosed exactly this for a global technology brand: their own brand-keyword bidding was cannibalising organic traffic, and the paid account showed inflated ROAS while total revenue efficiency fell. Because we run SEO and Google Ads under one roof, we test brand-term incrementality with data from both channels — something a paid-only agency structurally cannot do.
8
What's the difference between optimising to ROAS and optimising to profit?
Platform ROAS measures revenue against ad spend using only the conversions the platform can see — including sales that would have happened anyway. A campaign can report a 6x ROAS while contributing little genuinely new revenue. We align bidding to contribution margin, customer lifetime value and payback period, and use incrementality testing to isolate the revenue the campaign actually caused. The number we optimise is the one that lands in your bank account.
9
Do you specialise in Shopify and ecommerce?
Shopify is our default commerce environment. Conversion tracking runs through the Shopify Customer Events Web Pixel and order webhooks into a server-side GTM container — the approach that works with the current Shopify checkout, which no longer supports legacy theme scripts. Beyond tracking, we manage Merchant Center feed optimisation, Shopping campaign structure and product-level profitability analysis, drawing on engagements with global consumer brands whose entire revenue runs through Shopify.
10
Should I invest in Google Ads or SEO?
Both channels compete in the same search results, and the costly mistakes happen when they are managed blind to each other — paid budget buying clicks organic already wins, or organic strategy ignoring the demand data sitting in the ads account. As a Google Partner that is also a specialist SEO agency, we audit both channels together: paid search data reveals which keywords convert before SEO invests in them, and organic coverage tells paid where budget is being wasted. If your budget only supports one channel today, the initial audit will show you which one — with numbers, not opinions.

Measuring Google Ads Success Through Revenue and Profit.

We understand that Clicks and ROAS only provide a partial view of Google Ads performance. Ultimately, it all comes down to your marketing investment, revenue, and profit.
